Opposition will not join the parliament until a new election: Sam Rainsy
The Opposition leader reaffirmed that the Cambodia National Rescue Party would not join the National Assembly until there is an agreement on new election. “We will not join the Assembly until there is an agreement on the holding of a new election,” Sam Rainsy said in a video clip posted Thursday on his Facebook page. … But the opposition rejected the results announced by the National Election Committee, calling for investigation into the election irregularities, and re-election. Hun Sen, however, said that the re-election is “impossible”. …
